Beta terms

By using HoopAgent you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. HoopAgent is an independent tool. Not affiliated with or endorsed by ESPN, Disney or the NBA.

HoopAgent is a beta for invited people. Your invite is for you; do not share it. We can end or pause access at any time, and you can stop any time by deleting your account.

HoopAgent is provided as is. Plans, projections and news are estimates and can be wrong or late. We do not promise it will be available, accurate, or that it will win you a week or a league. We are not liable for lost matchups, missed adds or any other result of using it, to the extent the law allows.

HoopAgent depends on ESPN, which we do not control. ESPN can change or block access without notice, and we do not promise any ESPN feature will keep working. Your use of ESPN stays under ESPN's own terms; you are responsible for being allowed to use your own account that way.

HoopAgent only makes a move (an add, drop or lineup change) on your ESPN team after you approve it, and you authorize HoopAgent to make that move with your ESPN sign-in values. Once you approve a move, it is your move and your responsibility, including a mistaken one. Check each move before you approve it. You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting ESPN or changing your ESPN password.

Give us only accounts and leagues you are entitled to connect, keep your sign-in secure, and do not try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

We may update these terms; for anything that matters we will say so in your next notice, and continued use means you accept them. Questions: the person who invited you to the beta. This is a plain-language draft written without a lawyer; it is not legal advice.
